Viewing and Shipping
Viewing is available during our business hours in our showroom. Since parts of our inventory are stored off-site for security reasons, we ask that you schedule an appointment in advance for watches valued at over €10,000.
Our business hours are Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Pickups on Saturday are possible by appointment between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
We ship worldwide and, of course, fully insured. In Germany and other European countries, delivery usually takes only one business day.
Condition
The condition of the watches is exactly as shown in the pictures. The detailed images provided clearly illustrate the condition, show the watch you wish to purchase, and are unedited. We do not use stock photos as detailed images for used watches. For an even better view, please use the zoom function.
The purchase price is subject to differential taxation under §25 UStG. Therefore, VAT is not shown separately.
Prices include all taxes and fees for deliveries within the EU. There are no additional costs.
Personal pickup is possible by arrangement. Since the articles are stored in the bank safe deposit box, one day lead time is needed.
