All trades are processed through FedEx Priority Overnight shipping, and we will send your new watch after receiving your trade-in and the necessary payment (if applicable).

Our shipping team will process your watch for dispatch within 48-72 business hours once payment confirmation is received from Chrono24. Please note that we do not ship on FRIDAYS or over the WEEKEND. Your timepiece will be shipped exclusively through FedEx Insured Express Shipping.

We DO NOT ship outside USA, Canada and Hong Kong.

RETURN POLICY
All returns are thoroughly inspected and may be subject to Chrono24 mediation and penalties if the item is returned in a condition different from how it was originally shipped. This includes new watches that show signs of wear.
