Independent marketplace
Kariv Glamour s.r.o. operates an independent watch marketplace. We sell watches from our own inventory and facilitate listings from private owners and independent businesses. Kariv Glamour is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorised dealer or official service centre of any watch manufacturer displayed on this website.
Each listing identifies the seller for the transaction. Approval to sell on Kariv means approval to use our marketplace; it does not mean authorisation by a watch manufacturer. A seller's own business relationships do not extend to Kariv Glamour. We do not speak or issue certificates on behalf of manufacturers.
Trademarks and product names
Brand names, logos, model names, reference numbers and other trademarks belong to their respective owners. They are used in listings, navigation and editorial material only as reasonably necessary to identify, describe, compare or discuss genuine products offered by sellers. Their use does not imply a commercial relationship, approval or sponsorship.
Product imagery and information
Product photographs are supplied by Kariv Glamour or the seller for the relevant listing. Product descriptions and editorial information identify watches and explain their characteristics and history; they are not manufacturer communications. Sellers must have the right to use the material they submit. Rights holders may report a concern about inaccurate attribution or unauthorised content to info@24kariv.com.
Warranties and service
Any remaining manufacturer warranty or eligibility for manufacturer service is subject to that manufacturer's terms and the documentation for the specific watch. Resale through Kariv does not start, extend or guarantee a manufacturer warranty. Kariv and seller warranties, where explicitly offered, are separate and must identify their provider and terms.
