24kariv.com is operated by Kariv Glamour s.r.o. We offer watches from our own inventory and independent sellers. Genuine watches are a requirement for every listing; approval of a listing is not a certificate that Kariv has physically authenticated the watch.
Genuine watches only
Every seller must own the watch offered, describe it accurately and be able to support claims about its origin and condition. Counterfeit watches and components bearing counterfeit trademarks are not permitted, whether sold by Kariv or a third-party seller.
Dealer approval
We verify business dealers before approving their accounts, and they must guarantee the authenticity of the watches they list. Dealer approval and a seller's authenticity guarantee do not mean Kariv has physically authenticated every individual watch.
Sourcing and supporting records
Private sellers must provide proof of ownership for Kariv to review before their watches are listed. All sellers must retain records supporting provenance and any inspection claims they make. Proof of ownership helps establish the right to sell a watch but does not, by itself, prove its authenticity; supporting records are not automatically included with a purchase.
Accurate product details
Listings should identify the watch's brand, model, reference and condition, and disclose known service parts, aftermarket components or customisation. Each product page should make clear which box, papers or service records are included. Packaging and documents alone do not prove authenticity.
What “Verified” means
The “Verified” catalog status means submitted listing information and photographs were reviewed. It is not physical authentication, manufacturer approval or a certificate. For any watch described as independently inspected or certified, ask who performed the work, when, what was checked and for the supporting report.
Questions or concerns about a watch
If a listing or delivered watch raises a concern, contact Kariv support with the listing or order reference and supporting photographs or details. Keep a delivered watch and its packaging unchanged while the concern is assessed. We investigate with the responsible seller and apply the relevant return and legal-conformity rights; a listing status does not limit statutory rights.
Independent from watch manufacturers
Kariv Glamour is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the watch brands displayed on this site, and is not their authorised dealer. Brand names, logos and model names belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the watches offered.
Checkout and buyer protection
Our website uses HTTPS to protect information sent during checkout. The payment and protection terms available for an order are shown before payment. Escrow or additional buyer protection applies only when expressly offered and confirmed for that order; it is not included with every watch.
