This warranty does not cover damage to a watch due to accident, neglect, or mistreatment.

RETURNS
*You have a 10-day return period for a full refund. Watches must be returned in the same condition you received them, unworn. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee if it is determined that the watch has been worn or altered in any way.
