--- KINDLY REVIEW OUR GUIDELINES BELOW: ---

For safety purposes and to minimize the risk of shipping mishaps, we recommend shipments be sent to FedEx Office or Ship Centers, where you can conveniently collect your watch with your name and ID only. Please enter the nearest FedEx Office or Ship Center as your shipping address for your order; this will help avoid delays due to address changes. Rest assured, we will verify the address before confirming your order. If you do not know the nearest FedEx to your address, please contact us and we will assist you.

If there are no FedEx Centers in your vicinity, please provide your home address as the shipping address, and we'll ensure to find a suitable solution. Residential and Commercial deliveries are still an option.

All Rolex timepieces sold by us are accompanied by the Original Box, Green Chronometer Tag, booklets, and Warranty Card (if "papers" are mentioned in the listing). The Warranty Card, if applicable, will be named and dated. Unless otherwise stated, stickers will have been removed upon purchase from the Authorized Rolex Dealer. The watch may have been sized upon purchase but remains unworn (if described as "Unworn/New") and includes all standard links typical of Rolex Bracelet models. It may also come with the white serial tag, although this isn't guaranteed, as some Authorized Dealers retain the tag. Please note that although the watch may be pictured with the white serial tag, it's not assured to come with it, especially if we stock several of the same model. Additionally, the watch may be newer than the year noted in our listing. For instance, if we list it as a 2021 Unworn, you may receive a 2022 Unworn. While the pictured watch in the ad might have stickers, you will receive a watch with stickers removed unless specified otherwise. Your watch may be wrapped in plastic by us to prevent scratches during transit. Bezel protectors, even if shown in pictures, may not always be included.

--- Shipping:

We highly recommend using the FedEx Hold-At-Location service, wherein we dispatch your watch to the nearest FedEx Office or Ship Center for your convenient pickup upon arrival. All our shipments are insured and sent via Priority Overnight.

For international shipments to select countries, we utilize FedEx International Priority shipping. Please be aware of any applicable customs and import taxes you may encounter. Refusal to accept an international package will incur restocking fees, evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We also recommend shipping to the nearest FedEx Ship Center to you for your convenience.

All Watches are for online viewing and purchase only.

--- Price Negotiation:

Some of our listings may have Price Suggestions enabled; however, this doesn't obligate us to negotiate or offer price reductions on these listings.

--- Trades:

We gladly accept trades involving Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, and most major brands toward any of our listed watches. If you're interested in trading in your watch, please include photos and pertinent details in your initial message, along with your proposed trade value. We process all trades through insured FedEx Priority Overnight shipping; we dispatch the watch you're receiving after we receive your watch and the appropriate cleared payment, if there's a balance due to us.

--- Returns:

We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee on all our watches! Shop with confidence knowing you have 14 days to return your item. Watches must be returned in the exact condition they were shipped, without sizing or alterations. If watches are returned in a different condition, restocking fees will apply.

A listing does not establish manufacturer authorization. Sellers must offer authentic watches and substantiate their authenticity claims.

Please note that all prices are subject to change at any time until payment is received and the order is confirmed, as market values for luxury watches fluctuate constantly.
