SHIPPING

We ship all our watches via FedEx. For security reasons, we recommend delivery to a FedEx shipping center for pickup. A valid ID and signature are required to receive the package. For shipments within Germany, we use FedEx Overnight.

Our shipments are insured; insurance is included in the stated price. Please allow 48–72 hours processing time from receipt of payment via Chrono24.

For international shipping, we use FedEx Global Services. Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the buyer's location. International customers bear the shipping costs as well as any applicable fees such as customs and import duties of the destination country. We do not ship goods if our insurance does not cover shipping to your country.

PAYMENT

Payment is processed via KarivGlamour Trusted Checkout. We reserve the watch only after payment is received.

RETURN/REFUND:

Items can be returned or refunded within 7 days of delivery. All returned items are carefully inspected for signs of wear and damage. Signs of wear or damage will negatively affect the refund. Please note that refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Should your return package unexpectedly be lost in transit, the insurance claim will be processed. The refund will only be issued after the insurance claim is settled.

WARRANTY

Our company provides a one-year warranty on pre-owned watches. The warranty covers exclusively the original manufacturer parts present in the movement at the time of sale and becomes void in the event of subsequent modifications. All watches are pre-owned, even if offered as new or unworn.
